The 15 year Single Grain Whiskey - 70cl - Case represents a refined and sophisticated expression in the world of whiskeys, a spirit that captures the attention of connoisseurs and lovers of this drink for its quality and prolonged aging. This whiskey is produced using mainly cereals other than malted barley, a practice that gives the final product unique and distinctive characteristics.
The 15-year aging in selected barrels helps to develop an aromatic complexity and depth of flavors that make this whiskey particularly appreciated. During this long period, the distillate absorbs the nuances of the wood, enriching itself with notes of vanilla, caramel, spices and a light trace of smoke, which combine harmoniously with the natural characteristics of the grain whiskey.
Presented in an elegantly packaged 70cl bottle, the 15 year Single Grain Whiskey is a work of distillation art, which stands out not only for its contents but also for the care in its presentation, making it a precious gift or a magnificent addition to collections of fine spirits.
At sight, this whiskey presents a golden and brilliant color. On the nose, it opens with a rich and inviting aromatic bouquet, where the sweet and enveloping aromas of barrel wood blend with fresher and livelier notes of cereals. In the mouth, the whiskey offers a balanced and complex tasting experience, with an initial sweetness that gradually gives way to a range of spicier and slightly smoky flavours, culminating in a long and satisfying finish.
Ideal for enjoying neat or with a drop of water to enhance its aromas, the 15 year old Single Grain Whiskey also lends itself as a base for sophisticated cocktails, where its richness and complexity can elevate the profile of the drink.

Distillation
Combined use of pot stills (for single pot still expressions) and column stills (for some grain whiskey); some expressions are triple distilled; method varies depending on the bottle.
Ageing
Maturation in a wide range of casks with frequent finishes and double maturations (e.g. bourbon followed by wine casks such as Sauternes, red wine casks; finish in Japanese shochu casks on some releases). Many bottles are bottled without chill filtration and are reduced from cask strength to their house 'signature' ABV.
