The Aglianico Paestum IGT Rosé from Tempa di Zoe shows a pale pink color with bright highlights, true to a measured, approachable style. On the nose there are aromas of red fruits, delicate floral notes and a touch of citrus that brings liveliness without excess; the intensity is balanced, with a fresh, direct manner that invites drinking. The aromatic profile remains clean and coherent, without obvious artifice.

On the palate it offers balance between freshness and body, with discreet tannins and a sapid character that supports the flavor progression; it is a rosé that favors clarity and linearity over intense concentration. It pairs well with seafood appetizers, flavorful salads, light soups and fish dishes, as well as simple Mediterranean preparations. Serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, in a wide glass to appreciate the aromas; it is intended to be enjoyed young and unreservedly.

Region: Campania
Country: Italia
Grapes: Aglianico, Fiano
Main labels: Zero, Diciotto, Asterìas, XA, Rosè, Xenos. Operational headquarters listed in Agropoli; vineyards cited in the municipality of Torchiara. Winery history
The Tempa di Zoè project was launched as an initiative focused on promoting the Cilento area: the first bottles of the wine 'Zero' come from vines planted in 1997. In subsequent years new plantings were carried out, allowing the venture to develop multiple vineyards in the Cilento area, with production devoted to both white and red wines.
Production philosophy
The estate seeks to emphasize the relationship between sea and hills typical of the Cilento, working the grapes with practices that favor spontaneous fermentations and wood aging for its more structured reds. It also follows an organic/biodynamic approach in its agronomic practices.
Terroir and vineyards
Vines located in the Cilento/Paestum area, with geographic reference to Torchiara and based in Agropoli. The soils cited by the company include the area's typical flysch, with clay and limestone components that influence the style of the wines.
