Domaine de La Bergerie is renowned for producing wines of exceptional quality, and the Anjou Blanc Sec Zerzilles is a prime example. This dry white wine comes from the picturesque Loire region in France, an area known for its fresh and aromatic wines.

The Anjou Blanc Sec Zerzilles is primarily made with Chenin Blanc grapes, a variety that imparts the wine with a lively acidity and a rich palette of aromas. In the glass, it presents a light straw-yellow color. On the nose, it offers a complex and inviting bouquet, with notes of white-fleshed fruits like pear and apple, combined with floral nuances and a slight mineral touch that adds elegance.

On the palate, the wine is well-balanced, with a persistent freshness that invites another sip. Its structure is refined, supported by good acidity which makes it extremely pleasant and drinkable. It pairs beautifully with seafood, fish dishes, and fresh cheeses.

The Anjou Blanc Sec Zerzilles from Domaine de La Bergerie is an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that perfectly combines the tradition of Anjou with a modern expression of freshness and aromatic purity.
