The Barolo Millesimato 2000, in a 50cl bottle and presented in a refined wooden case, exemplifies the excellent historic wine-making tradition of Piedmont. This wine, produced in the year 2000, one of the most favorable years for the Barolo region, offers a tasting experience that is memorable for its complexity and depth.

The color is a deep garnet red, typical of aged Barolos, with hues that tend towards orange. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, offering a symphony of aromas ranging from notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, to more evolved sensations of tobacco, leather, and spices, due to aging.

On the palate, the Barolo Millesimato 2000 shows a solid and well-balanced structure. The tannins, now soft and velvety, intertwine perfectly with a renewed acidity, releasing a surprising freshness for a wine of this age. The finish is long and lingering, with an aftertaste that brings to mind spices and the forest floor.

Recommended to accompany hearty dishes such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses, this Barolo is also an excellent candidate for further aging, capable of developing new nuances over the coming years. Serve at a temperature of 18°C to enhance all its qualities.

The presentation in a wooden case also makes it a gift of great elegance and prestige, ideal for wine lovers who appreciate finesse and tradition.
