This Bianco IGT from Casale del Giglio, vinified from Petit Manseng grapes, offers a fragrant and inviting profile. In the glass it shows a straw colour with bright highlights; on the nose there are impressions of stone fruit and citrus, accompanied by light floral hints and a discreet mineral note. On the palate it is distinguished by freshness and balance, with a structure that supports the flavours without weighing down the drinking experience. The flavour progression remains coherent, pleasant both for immediate enjoyment and for more considered pairings.

Suitable for early consumption, this wine works well with fish-based starters, shellfish and richer salads, yet it also pairs suitably with fresh cheeses and vegetable dishes. Recommended serving temperature is around 8–10 °C and a rather wide glass to appreciate its aromas. Ideal for those seeking a clean, versatile white to include in their everyday wine rotation.

Winery history
Founded in 1967 by Dr. Berardino Santarelli. “The future of Italian viticulture relies not only on consolidating the image of its traditional wine producing zones but on its ability to produce top quality wines at favourable prices in areas whose potential is still relatively unexplored.” (from the winery presentation).

Located in the Agro Pontino valley, between Aprilia and Latina (Le Ferriere), about 50 km south of Rome; maritime-influenced climate. The estate lists about 180 hectares of vineyards, converted to cordon training and planted with both local and international varieties.
