The Bianco Isola Dei Nuraghi IGT from Oskiros is a white wine with a fresh, immediate profile, suitable for everyday drinking. It shows a bright straw colour and a bouquet recalling white-fleshed fruit, citrus and white flowers, always on a background of delicate herbal notes. On the palate it displays good acidity balanced by a lean structure, with fruity returns and a pleasant, discreet persistence. The drinking experience is smooth and clean; the finish is clear and invites the next sip.

It pairs easily with seafood starters, salads, light fish dishes and fresh cheeses; it also works well as an aperitif wine. Serve chilled, in not-too-large glasses, to appreciate its freshness and sapidity. Produced and marketed by Oskiros under the Isola Dei Nuraghi IGT designation, it is an informal, versatile choice for those looking for an immediate, easy-drinking white.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
