The Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Oskiros is a white wine offering a sincere expression of Vermentino grown in Gallura, produced by Oskiros. On the nose it displays fresh notes of citrus (bergamot, citron) and white flowers, with light accents of white peach and a mineral-saline hint that brings freshness. On the palate it is dry, with lively acidity and a sapid texture that supports the sip; the body is balanced and the clean finish leaves a slight almond-like echo, a characteristic often associated with the variety.

It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, seafood salads and pasta with light toppings; it also balances with fresh cheeses and vegetable preparations. Serve between 8 and 10 °C in a tulip-shaped glass to highlight its aromas and freshness. A versatile choice for those seeking a sapid, approachable white for both casual consumption and convivial occasions.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
