Vermentino di Gallura DOCG in the portfolio Vineyards spread across Oschiri, Arborea and Mogoro. The 'Antonys' range of sparkling wines produced using the Traditional Method Collaboration with winemaker Mourad Ouada and a team led by Antonello Cester.
Winery history
The Oskiros project originated as a viticultural initiative led by Antonello Cester and has developed with a practical, quality-oriented approach. Operations began in Arborea with the first hectares under cultivation and have progressively expanded to include vineyards in Gallura and Marmilla, involving a technical staff and an oenologist to enhance traditional Sardinian varieties.
Production philosophy
The estate declares a commitment to the authenticity of the territory, respect for natural rhythms, and the pursuit of recognizable, long-lived wines. It favors historic Sardinian grape varieties and adopts a practical approach aimed at expressing soil, climate and local identity without artifice.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards of Oskiros are located in three different areas of Sardinia: Oschiri, Arborea and Mogoro.
