This wine is produced following the strict standards of the Bordeaux Supérieur denomination, thus ensuring superior quality derived exclusively from carefully selected Merlot grapes.
On the nose, the Cuvée Jarre offers intense aromas of ripe fruits like plums and blackberries, enriched with subtle notes of vanilla and chocolate, courtesy of barrel aging. On the palate, silky tannins contribute to a velvety texture, while freshness is maintained by a well-balanced acidity that leads to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.
Ideal to be served at a temperature of 16-18°C, it pairs wonderfully with roasted red meat, rich stews, or aged cheeses. The Cuvée Jarre is also an excellent candidate for aging, capable of evolving and maturing in the bottle for many years, thereby developing even greater complexity.
