The Crémant de Bordeaux Blanc Brut Perles de Piote Brut is a French sparkling wine that highlights the elegance and finesse typical of the Bordeaux region. Produced using the traditional method, similar to that used in the Champagne region, this Crémant features a captivating blend of local grapes that provide complexity and depth.

In appearance, the Perles de Piote presents a brilliant straw yellow color, traversed by fine and persistent bubbles that invite tasting. On the nose, it offers an aromatic bouquet rich in notes of white flowers, green apples, and citrus nuances, enriched by subtle hints of brioche and toasted almond, which testify to its maturation in the bottle.

On the palate, the Crémant de Bordeaux Blanc Brut is fresh and vibrant. The balance between acidity and body is perfectly maintained, with a delicate creaminess that envelops the palate, leading to a long and pleasantly mineral finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, seafood, or as an elegant accompaniment for an entire dinner.

An excellent representative of the sophistication and winemaking savoir-faire of Bordeaux, the Perles de Piote Brut is a classy choice for celebrating special moments.

Family-owned estate run by the Aubrion family, with a strong focus on biodiversity. Organic production and biodynamic certification. Extensive range: red, white and rosé wines, winemaking in amphorae, and a Crémant. A 14-hectare estate with roughly 10 hectares under vine, cultivating eight different grape varieties. Hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts and vinified in traditional containers.
Winery history
The agricultural and winemaking project is managed by the Aubrion family, led by Virginie with her son Corentin. The family converted an old farm into vineyards and began production in its current form in the late 1990s. Over the years the estate has distinguished itself for natural practices and for promoting alternative vinification methods.
Production philosophy
Low-intervention approach: organic and biodynamic farming, use of natural remedies and the lunar calendar, hand-harvesting, fermentations with indigenous yeasts and aging in barrels, foudres, amphorae and jars. Animals are present on the estate as an integral part of the agricultural ecosystem.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in Val-de-Virvée, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, the estate works on clay-loam soils with traces of crasse de fer and produces wines in the Bordeaux / Bordeaux Supérieur appellations.
