Elegant and characterful, this cachaça expresses the raw material in a direct yet refined way: the sugarcane remains at the center, supported by a woody complexity that the name '5 Madeiras' suggests without weighing down the sip. On the nose it reveals notes of fresh cane, a touch of yellow fruit and hints of vanilla and sweet spices; on the palate it is warm but balanced, with a soft texture and well-integrated alcohol that allows for toasted progressions and light caramelized notes. The persistence is pleasant and clean, with recurring wood notes that define the finish.

Best enjoyed neat or with a few ice cubes to uncover different aromatic layers; it retains personality as a base for cocktails that require depth and structure. Pair it with simple but flavorful dishes — grilled meats, aged cheeses or chocolate-based desserts — or use it in short cooking to add aromatic warmth.
