The Cartizze Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze DOCG by Col de' Salici represents the excellence of the Treviso area, a region renowned for the quality of its Glera grapes, grown on the steep hills of Cartizze. This sparkling wine stands out for its lightness and complexity, the result of a delicate balance between freshness and finesse, achieved through meticulous winemaking and bottle aging that enhances its vibrant effervescence.

On the nose, it opens with elegant floral notes of white flowers and fruity hints of green apple and white peach, accompanied by delicate sensations of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is harmonious and refined, with a fine and persistent perlage that provides a pleasant creaminess. The saltiness and good acidity perfectly balance the sweetness, making it a versatile and satisfying wine.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and delicate appetizers, Cartizze is the symbol of a unique terroir that combines tradition and innovation in every sip.
