The Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut Grand Cru of Maison Tornay embodies the perfect expression of the Côte des Bar territory, in the heart of the Champagne region. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from vineyards classified Grand Cru, this champagne captivates with its lively structure and bold character. The traditional aging method, with long maturation on the lees in the bottle, gives the wine subtle complexity and a creamy texture.

On the nose, it opens with fragrant notes of ripe red fruits, hints of toasted bread, and a delicate minerality, typical of prestigious crus. On the palate, it reveals a perfect balance between freshness, vibrant acidity, and a soft texture, capable of elegantly enveloping the taste. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with raw fish dishes and shellfish, this Blanc de Noirs expresses intensity and finesse, celebrating the tradition and craftsmanship of Maison Tornay.
