Elegant in its restraint and convincing in style, this Premier Cru Champagne from Vilmart expresses a refined profile without ostentation. The perlage is fine and continuous, the bouquet opens with notes of fresh citrus, green apple and white flowers, with a hint of yeast and bread crust that adds depth. There is a mineral clarity that supports the more delicate aromas and keeps the sip lively and vertical, showing a balance between freshness and a pleasant softness.

On the palate there is a sapid, taut texture, with medium body and citrus returns that give way to a slight touch of brioche on the finish; the persistence is sustained without being intrusive. It lends itself naturally to the aperitif, raw seafood and delicate fish dishes, as well as fresh cheeses; serving temperature around 8–10 °C and a tulip glass to emphasize the finer aromas.
