Elegant and focused, this Premier Cru Champagne from Vilmart stands out for the clarity and finesse of its perlage. On the nose there are notes of green apple and citrus, with an undercurrent of white flowers and a delicate yeasty lift reminiscent of freshly baked brioche; the impression is bright and well-defined, without aromatic excess. The effervescence is fine and consistent, giving an immediate and inviting sensation of freshness.

On the palate it shows measured balance: an acidic nerve that supports good structure and a savory creaminess on the finish. The persistence is pleasant, with citrus echoes and a mineral streak that cleanses the sip. It works as a refined aperitif but also stands up to delicate seafood dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses; recommended to serve chilled to best appreciate its tension and cleanliness.
