Fresh and characterful, this Premier Cru Champagne presents an inviting brightness and a fine perlage that supports the sip without intruding. On the nose there are discreet hints of green apple, freshly peeled citrus and a slight bread cream that adds complexity without weighing it down; the overall impression is of measured elegance, with a mineral note that gives lift and keeps the wine vibrant. The sense is one of balance: not overly austere, but sufficiently taut to speak of structure.

On the palate the Brut reveals a soft texture, supported by a savory freshness that cleanses the palate and prolongs its persistence; the finish remains dry and pleasantly harmonious. Excellent as an aperitif, it naturally accompanies seafood, fish dishes and fresh cheeses; it can also stand up to more structured dishes provided they are not too strongly flavored. Serve well chilled, around 8-10 °C, to appreciate its finesse and distinct personality.
