The Chardonnay grape, among the most versatile and internationally appreciated, is cultivated with methods attentive to sustainability, to preserve the authentic expression of the territory. The aging in stainless steel, followed by a brief passage in wood, ensures a balance between fruity aromas, with notes of green apple and citrus, and a light vanilla touch that enriches the palate.

Of medium body, it is characterized by an elegant structure and a vibrant acidity, which makes the sip fresh and pleasant, ideal to accompany fish appetizers, white meats, and fresh cheeses. The Langhe DOC Chardonnay of Tenuta La Rocca is an experience that combines tradition and modernity, offering an authentic window onto the Piedmontese wine landscape.
