The Côtes du Roussillon Cuvée Laïs Blanc by Olivier Pithon represents an elegant and refined expression of the terroir of southern France. This white wine is the result of expert winemaking that uses grapes from Grenache Blanc, Maccabeu, and other indigenous varieties. The uniqueness of this wine lies in its organic farming method, which enhances the purity and authenticity of the grapes.

On the nose, Cuvée Laïs Blanc reveals complex and enticing aromas of ripe fruit like peaches and pears, enriched by delicate floral notes and a hint of Mediterranean aromatic herbs. On the palate, it stands out for its excellent structure and balance, with a taste that is both round and lively. The acidic freshness is well integrated with the fruitiness, leading to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

This wine pairs beautifully with fish dishes, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine, but can be equally enjoyed as an aperitif. Serve slightly chilled to enhance all its nuances. A wine that not only speaks of its region of origin but also celebrates a commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture.
