The Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Brut from Jaffelin is an excellent example of elegance and refinement. Produced in the heart of Burgundy, this expression of Chardonnay showcases the mastery of the Jaffelin winery, founded in 1816, in balancing tradition and innovation. The traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle is the same used for Champagne, giving this Cremant remarkable complexity.

In appearance, it presents a light straw yellow color and very fine bubbles that promise the freshness you are seeking. On the nose, lively aromas of white flowers, green apple, and hints of citrus emerge, enriched by subtle notes of toasted bread and yeast due to the long maturation on the lees. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and well-balanced with a persistent freshness that beautifully combines with a delicate creaminess and a clean, refreshing finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Brut from Jaffelin is also a perfect companion for a variety of dishes, from light appetizers to delicate seafood dishes, making it a versatile choice for any occasion.

Winery history
Jaffelin's cellars are located in the ancient "Caves du Chapitre" connected to the Collégiale Notre-Dame in Beaune: the cellars date back to the 12th century, and in 1816 the Jaffelin brothers began their négociant business on these premises.
