Črna Rebula Schioppettino della Cantina Erzetiĉ is born in the heart of the Collio Goriziano, an area renowned for the quality of its terraced vineyards and the influence of the Central European climate. This wine, the product of the homonymous native grape variety, stands out for its intensity and aromatic complexity, enhanced by careful fermentation in stainless steel that preserves freshness and structure.

In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red color, while on the nose it surprises with scents of ripe red fruits, black pepper, and a delicate spiciness reminiscent of the balsamic notes typical of Schioppettino. The sip is enveloping, balanced between gentle tannins and lively acidity, which guarantees a long persistence. A wine capable of telling the story of the territory and the traditions of Cantina Erzetiĉ, ideal to accompany roasts, red meats, and aged cheeses.

An authentic experience of a grape variety linked to the modern reinterpretation of Friulian viticulture.

Winery history
The Erzetič family has been in Višnjevik for centuries: the family estate has documented historical roots dating back to 1725 and in recent decades has been revitalised by the younger generations. The winery blends the traditional heritage of terraced vineyards with investments in the cellar and projects to transition to ecological practices.
Production philosophy
The approach combines respect for the land with contemporary techniques: careful viticultural practices, stainless-steel vinification for fresh wines, and selected ageing in oak barrels and large buried amphorae to express terroir and longevity.
Terroir and vineyards
Situated in Višnjevik, Goriška Brda, the estate cultivates terraced vineyards on soils rich in marls and laporti, with flysch formations. The microclimate is influenced by the proximity of the Adriatic Sea and alpine currents, factors that contribute to the minerality and acidity typical of the local wines.
Awards and recognitions
The winery has received recognition in international competitions; public listings include medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards for some labels, including the Rebula in some editions.
