The Cru Litra Rosso Sicilia DOC of Abbazia Santa Anastasia is born in the heart of Sicily, a land rich in sun and history that gives this red wine an unmistakable character. Its composition is based on native and international grape varieties that best express the volcanic terroir of Etna, from which the selected grapes come. After a rigorous manual harvest, the grapes ferment carefully to preserve intensity and freshness, followed by aging in oak barrels that give structure and softness. On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a mineral hint emerge, while on the palate it is enveloping, with balanced tannins and a persistent finish that recalls Mediterranean aromas. Ideal to accompany traditional Sicilian dishes, red meats, and aged cheeses, this red wine tells the strength and refinement of a prestigious DOC.
