Syrah Sicilia DOC I Sensi - Abbazia Santa Anastasia is born in the heart of Sicily, a warm and generous land that brings out the best qualities of this international grape variety. Obtained from Syrah grapes grown on mineral-rich soils, this wine reflects the balance between Mediterranean heat and the mitigating influence of sea breezes.

Of an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, it presents enveloping aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and an herbaceous hint typical of the variety. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant persistence recalling notes of black pepper and dark chocolate. The long aging, partially in wood, gives structure and complexity without overpowering the typical freshness of Syrah.

Perfect with red meats, spicy dishes, and aged cheeses, it represents an authentic expression of the Sicilian territory.
