The carefully cultivated grapes reflect the breadth of typical Mediterranean scrub aromas, with hints of white flowers and fresh, fruity notes. The wine presents a bright straw yellow color and an intriguing aromatic bouquet, capable of surprising with mineral nuances and light Mediterranean scents.

Thanks to maturation in steel tanks that preserve freshness and liveliness, Fico Bianco stands out for a balanced and harmonious sip, where sapidity and softness find a perfect equilibrium. Winery history

The estate preserves a large, restored 18th-century winepress and complements this historic structure with a modern winery. The contemporary project was developed with technical input from Giacomo Tachis and under the enological direction of Alessandro Cellai; the property has been integrated into the group linked to Castellare.
