This Gewurztraminer Campaner Alto Adige DOC from Kaltern highlights the grape's typical aromatic character within the Alto Adige production context. From the Kaltern area comes a white wine that favors fragrance and a clear expression: generous yet controlled aromas that unfold with elegance without becoming overpowering. The Alto Adige DOC designation ensures a recognisable territorial identity, while the Campaner name refers to the producer Kaltern's range.

In the glass it shows olfactory intensity of roses, delicate spices and exotic fruit, notes that are also found on the palate in a lively, smooth progression. Acidity supports the structure and promotes good persistence, making it versatile: it pairs with aromatic fish, spicy Asian dishes, flavourful white meats and fresh or soft cheeses. It is also suitable for an aperitif or as an accompaniment to savory vegetarian dishes. Serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, to best appreciate its aromas and freshness.
