The Gewurztraminer DOC from the Aristos line, originating from the picturesque Valle Isarco, is a wine that elevates the winemaking tradition of South Tyrol, combining the elegance of the terroir with an extraordinary aromatic expression. This wine embodies the passion and dedication of the Aristos winery towards craftsmanship and the pursuit of perfection.

Known for its intense aromatic profile, this Gewurztraminer presents a range of scents from classic notes of roses and lychee to sophisticated hints of oriental spices and exotic fruits. Its color is a brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections that foreshadow its rich olfactory profile.

On the palate, the Gewurztraminer DOC Aristos is rich and enveloping. The balance is masterfully maintained between a lively freshness and a smooth, almost silky structure that lingers in a long and pleasantly aromatic finish. The presence of alcohol is well integrated, supporting the layers of flavor without overpowering them.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with exotic and spicy dishes, such as Thai cuisine or Indian curry. It also excels alongside blue cheeses or foie gras, where its aromatic intensity harmonizes beautifully with the richness of the dishes.

Highlighting its commitment to sustainability, the Aristos winery follows environmentally friendly viticulture practices, aiming to convey not just the taste but also the purity of its terroir. The Gewurztraminer DOC from Valle Isarco is more than a wine; it is a sensory journey into the enological culture of South Tyrol.
