| Neat, with tonic, cocktail |
In the mouth it maintains an elegant smoothness and a persistence that brings the aromatic notes through to the finish. Very versatile for mixing, it works well in classic Gin & Tonic and Martini but can also support more modern constructions; it is also enjoyable neat, over a large ice cube to capture its more complex profile. Serve chilled, with drier-style tonics or simple garnishes like lemon peel or a few aromatic herb leaves; pairs well with seafood appetizers, delicate cured meats and fresh cheeses.
