| Neat, with ice or in cocktails |
Enjoy neat to appreciate the layering of aromas, with a little ice if you seek greater roundness, or as the main ingredient in cocktails that require body and character. It pairs very well with dark chocolate, caramel-based desserts or hard cheeses; also try it with a lungo coffee to close the evening. Serve around 18–20°C in a tulip glass to concentrate the richer aromas.
