The Grappa Barolo of Borgogno is born in the heart of the Langhe, a land famous for its wine-growing vocation and for the prestigious Barolo denomination. Carefully distilled from the pomace of Nebbiolo grapes, used for the famous Barolo wine, this grappa expresses the essence of the territory thanks to a careful selection of the residual skins. The artisanal distillation method gives the distillate an elegant structure and a complex aromatic bouquet, where intense notes of ripe red fruit, spices, and winey hints intertwine, recalling the wood and earth of Langhe.

The crystalline color and persistence on the palate reveal a refined balance, capable of captivating both connoisseurs and those approaching this precious distillate for the first time. Ideal to be enjoyed slowly at the end of a meal, it pairs well with chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, enriching every moment with the excellence of the Piedmontese tradition.
