The Ometti Barbaresco Grappa represents an excellent example of how tradition and dedication can create a high-quality distillate. Packaged in a 70 cl bottle, this grappa is made from the distillation of grape pomace from Nebbiolo grapes, sourced from the prestigious hills of Barbaresco.

During tasting, the Ometti Barbaresco Grappa stands out for its clear and crystalline color, which anticipates an intense and complex aromatic bouquet. On the nose, floral and fruity notes are perceived, with a particular accent of rose and cherry, typical of the Nebbiolo grape. As the aromas evolve, nuances of sweet spices and vanilla also emerge, due to the delicate passage in wooden barrels that the grappa undergoes to refine its taste profile.

On the palate, the Ometti Barbaresco Grappa is soft and enveloping, with a perfect balance between alcohol content and aroma. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, leaving a pleasant sensation of warmth and complexity that invites further tasting.

Serving this grappa at a temperature of 18-20°C can further enhance its qualities, making it ideal as an after-meal digestif or to be enjoyed in moments of relaxation. It is also an excellent gift for lovers of authentic and historically rich distillates.

The Ometti Barbaresco Grappa is not just a distillate, but a journey through the flavors and aromas of Piedmont, a tribute to its land of origin and to the passion of those who continue to create products of unmatched quality.
