The Grappa Ometti Nebbiolo is a distilled spirit of excellence, crafted in an entirely artisanal manner, celebrating the authenticity and purity of the Nebbiolo grape variety, known for being the vibrant heart of the most noble Piedmontese wines. This refined spirit is distilled using exclusively selected Nebbiolo pomace, immediately after the wine pressing, thus preserving the freshness and distinct aromatic characteristics of the grape variety.

The consistency is clear and crystalline, showcasing the purity of the distillate. On the nose, Grappa Ometti Nebbiolo presents a complex and rich bouquet, with elegant notes of red fruits such as raspberry and cherry, floral hints of rose and violet, followed by delicate nuances of sweet spices and vanilla, derived from a brief aging in wood barrels that provides the distillate with a subtle balance and a mild vanilla modulation.

On the palate, the flavor is broad and harmonious, characterized by moderate sweetness and a lingering aftertaste that recalls the aromas detected by the nose, enriched by a touch of almond and chocolate, thanks to the exclusive artisanal processing.

This grappa is presented in an elegant 70cl bottle, boxed, making it ideal for gifting or adding to one's collection of premium spirits. It is suggested to be served at room temperature as a digestif after a refined meal or alongside dark chocolate, thus enhancing the richness of its aromas and the depth of its flavor.

Ideal for lovers of traditional Italian grappa, this edition represents a true celebration of the Piedmontese terroir, offering a unique and memorable tasting experience.
