Jagertee Raunikar 70 cl by Psenner is a warm, enveloping product with a decisive character that is not heavy. On the nose there are pleasant hints of sweet spices and citrus peel, with a slight caramelization that softens the alcoholic backbone; the sip is smooth, warm and well balanced, with an interplay of sweetness and freshness that keeps the drink flowing. The texture remains silky while retaining good structure, making it suitable both for contemplative sipping and for sharing with company.

Serve it tepid or hot, preferably in a cup or heatproof glass, and it can be enhanced with a slice of orange or a cinnamon stick to bring out its aromas. Perfect for winter evenings, as an after-dinner drink or in a mountain hut, it pairs excellently with spiced desserts, cookies and dark chocolate; it also goes well with semi-aged cheeses and dried fruit, offering a pleasant contrast with its warmth.
