The story
The company was born from Ludwig Psenner's activity: from 1947 he started producing grappa in Termeno on the Wine Road. In the following years (from 1958) the range expanded to fruit brandies, with Williams pear as a cornerstone product. Over time the family-run business evolved its assortment and experimentation, eventually producing a local single malt and a line of gins and liqueurs.
Production philosophy
A blend of artisanal tradition and experimentation: enhancing local raw materials (fruit, pomace, alpine herbs) with careful distillation methods and selected wood maturations to bring out the territorial character of the products.
