Produced by Psenner and aged 18 months in barrique, this grappa displays a measured, enveloping profile: the wood is present but restrained, imparting an amber color and a bouquet of sweet vanilla, toasted notes and a slight hint of dried fruit. On the nose it shows clarity and intensity, with warm suggestions that invite a sip without overpowering; the overall impression is one of balance between softness and a subtle sapidity. The warm color reflects the aging and invites slow tasting.

On the palate it is round and well-structured, with integrated warmth that does not mask the distillate’s finesse: the wood smooths the tannins and leaves echoes of honey and spices, while the finish remains pleasant. It makes an excellent digestif, to be sipped from small glasses to appreciate its aromas, or paired with dark chocolate and aged cheeses. The persistence leaves slightly spicy impressions that linger; serve slightly cool to capture all the nuances.
