The Whisky eRètico 7YO aged in ex-grappa and ex-Amarone casks presents a complex, compact personality without excess. On the nose, warm notes of dried fruit and ripe plum emerge, with hints of grape pomace and a veil of sweet spices that intertwine with scents of vanilla and toasted wood. The intensity is well supported by the alcoholic component, which does not overpower, leaving room for a pleasant depth and a straightforward character—more personal than constructed.

On the palate the mouthfeel is round and enveloping: the texture is soft, with restrained tannins that recall aromas of dried fruit and a light pleasant bitterness on the finish. The balance between warmth, residual sweetness and a saline lift makes this whisky suitable for those seeking a rich but measured profile. Excellent enjoyed neat with a splash of water to open its aromas; it pairs successfully with aged cheeses, dried-fruit desserts or small meditative moments. Presented in a gift box, also ideal for gifting.
