It is suited to moments of meditation or discreet end-of-meal servings: excellent with dark chocolate, dry pastries or aged cheeses that enhance its depth. On the palate you also perceive a subtle note of almond and cocoa on the retronasal, which closes with elegance. I recommend serving it in a tulip glass or in a tumbler slightly warmed in the hand, at room temperature, to appreciate the balance between wood and distillate without excess.

Distillation
Artisanal distillation on a traditional plant with small pot stills for specialties; practices aimed at the purity of fruit brandies and botanical expression for gin.
Ageing
Wood maturation (barrique) for some fruit brandies and grappa; experiments with specific casks/tonneaux for the single malt (special cask finishes for selected products).
