Milde Sorte Pera Williams by Psenner is a distillate that immediately highlights the varietal clarity of the Williams pear. On the nose it opens with clean notes of ripe fruit, wildflowers and a slight sweet hint of honey, without any cloying sensation; the quality of the raw material is evident in the precision of the aromas. On the palate the sip is enveloping yet agile, with a good balance between softness and freshness, and fruity echoes that extend into a dry, luminous finish. The texture is fine and silky, with a lively but controlled feel that makes it pleasant to drink even at the end of a meal.

It works well as a digestif served chilled in a small glass, but also finds its place in elegant pairings: baked pears, dry pastries or soft cheeses complement its gentle profile. In cocktails it adds a fruity accent to sparkling- or gin-based drinks without overpowering the other ingredients. It is a distillate to be enjoyed slowly, appreciating its aromatic purity.
