The Psenner Bombardino is an egg liqueur with rum in a 70 cl bottle that emphasizes a pleasant smoothness on the palate. The texture is creamy and enveloping, with notes of cream and pastry that intertwine with the warm presence of rum, perceived as a slightly spicy, rounded note. It is never overly cloying: the balance between sweetness and body allows you to appreciate its persistence without weighing down the palate.

It works well as a digestif or as an accompaniment to rich desserts, cakes and chocolate, and also finds a place alongside panettone or fritters during the colder seasons. Excellent served in slightly chilled small glasses or, for a more comforting version, warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Store in a cool place and consume shortly after opening to maintain the best texture.
