La Sin di Bibich è un vino che rappresenta appieno la filosofia della cantina Bibich, situata nella bellissima regione vinicola della Dalmazia, in Croazia. Questo vino rosso è ottenuto da una selezione di uve locali, accuratamente coltivate e raccolte a mano, che conferiscono al prodotto un carattere autentico e distintivo.

Alla vista, La Sin si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso e brillante. Il bouquet olfattivo è complesso e avvolgente, con note fruttate di ciliegia matura, mora e prugna, accompagnate da sentori speziati di vaniglia, pepe nero e un leggero tocco di tabacco, derivanti dall'affinamento in barrique.

Al palato, questo vino offre una piacevole struttura, con tannini morbidi e ben integrati che garantiscono una sensazione vellutata. La freschezza e l'equilibrio delle componenti acide donano un ottimo bilanciamento, rendendo il finale lungo e persistente, con un retrogusto che richiama le note fruttate e speziate percepite al naso.

Winery history
The Bibich family has been linked to viticulture in the Skradin area for centuries: local documents and estate descriptions refer to written traces as early as the 15th century. In recent decades the estate has become an international point of reference for Dalmatian wines, thanks to the work of family members who have promoted local varieties and the estate's wine and food hospitality.
Production philosophy
Production focused on enhancing indigenous grape varieties and minimal intervention: vineyards cultivated using ecological/organic practices, hand-harvested grapes, and winemaking that favors spontaneous fermentations and traditional techniques to produce food-friendly, terroir-driven wines.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in Plastovo, in the municipality of Skradin. The vineyards are set in a karst landscape on limestone-rich soils, with a Mediterranean climate close to the sea.
