R5 di Bibich è un vino che incanta sia per la sua eleganza che per la sua complessità. Originario della regione dalmata in Croazia, questo vino si evidenzia per il suo straordinario equilibrio e una struttura ben definita. Al naso, il R5 rivela profumi intensi e variegati, dove si riconoscono note di frutta matura come ciliegie e prugne, armoniosamente integrate con sentori di spezie dolci e una leggera sfumatura balsamica.

Al palato, il vino offre una piacevole morbidezza, dovuta ai tannini finemente lavorati e a un'acidità vivace che dona freschezza e lunga persistenza. Gli aromi fruttati si fondono con sfumature di tabacco e cacao, creando una sensazione gustativa avvolgente e complessa. Winery history
The Bibich family has been linked to viticulture in the Skradin area for centuries: local documents and estate descriptions refer to written traces as early as the 15th century. In recent decades the estate has become an international point of reference for Dalmatian wines, thanks to the work of family members who have promoted local varieties and the estate's wine and food hospitality.
Production philosophy
Production focused on enhancing indigenous grape varieties and minimal intervention: vineyards cultivated using ecological/organic practices, hand-harvested grapes, and winemaking that favors spontaneous fermentations and traditional techniques to produce food-friendly, terroir-driven wines.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in Plastovo, in the municipality of Skradin. The vineyards are set in a karst landscape on limestone-rich soils, with a Mediterranean climate close to the sea.
