The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Bio signed Olimpia from the Villa di Corlo agricultural company represents a lively expression of the Emilia territory, cultivated according to strict organic principles. This wine stands out for the use of the indigenous Grasparossa grape variety, known for providing body and balanced tannins, as well as a characteristic scent of red berries and light spices. The vinification involves careful fermentation that enhances the freshness and liveliness typical of Lambrusco, with aging in steel that preserves the aromatic charge intact. In the glass, it presents with an intense ruby red color and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers fruity aromas of blackberries, ripe cherries, and light floral notes. Fresh, harmonious taste with a pleasant acidic note that invites sipping, ideal to accompany traditional Emilian dishes such as cold cuts, ragù pasta, and Parmigiano Reggiano. An authentic, organic Lambrusco with character.

Winery history
Villa di Corlo began as an agricultural estate producing wines and, thanks to a balsamic vinegar facility located in the attics of the historic villa, also produces Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The company website states that the estate was founded in 1998 and that it remains family-run. Over time the estate has expanded its range, focusing on locally sourced Lambrusco and red wines and emphasising the direct production of its grapes.

The winery states a philosophy that combines respect for tradition with a commitment to innovation: exclusive use of grapes grown on the estate, modern technologies for the winemaking of sparkling wines, and a focus on environmental sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
