Pairing Red meats, roasts, aged cheeses
The Langhe DOC Freisa Kyè from Vajra is a red wine made from the Freisa grape, recognizable by the grape's typical aromatic profile. In the glass it shows aromas of small red fruits, subtle floral notes and a freshness that enlivens the sip; on the palate there are noticeable but balanced tannins and a lively acidity that supports the structure. The drinking experience remains composed and direct, without excess, inviting attentive appreciation of its finer nuances.

It pairs naturally with dishes from the Piedmontese tradition such as cured meats, semi-aged cheeses, rustic soups and pastas with savory sauces; it can also accompany mushroom dishes or more sapid white meats. It is recommended to serve it at a cool-moderate temperature to highlight freshness and aromas; a short decanting may be useful for more expressive bottles. Store in a cool place and avoid marked temperature swings. Suitable for those seeking a lively, characterful red without excessive opulence.
