The tradition made in the bottle, with maturation that reflects the oldest tradition of maturing only in large barrels.
Maceration on the marc from 7 to 15 days in steel tanks. The wine thus obtained is then aged for 2 years in Slavonian oak barrels, and then refined for another 6 months in the bottle.
