The Mitterberg Rosso IGT of Hoamet, produced by the Bergmannhof winery, is a wine that elegantly expresses the richness of the South Tyrolean territory. Obtained from a careful selection of indigenous and international grape varieties, this red stands out for its refined balance and olfactory complexity. The cool mountain climate and limestone soils give the wine a vibrant structure, with silky tannins that wrap the palate in an embrace of ripe red fruits and delicate spicy notes.

The aging takes place in wooden barrels that enhance its aromatic depth without overpowering its natural freshness. On the palate, an elegant persistence emerges and a pleasantly harmonious finish invites another sip. Perfect to accompany moderately spiced meat dishes or aged cheeses, the Mitterberg Rosso IGT represents a versatile and refined choice for those who love wines with character.

The estate is located in the municipality of Appiano on the Strada del Vino, at the foot of the Macaion/Gantkofel massif. The soils are composed of clay, limestone and gravel typical of the hills of S. Paolo/Gaider, elements that contribute to the structure and minerality of the wines.
