The Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC by Lahn, produced by Bergmannhof, represents the elegance and complexity typical of this unique territory in the heart of the Alps. Cultivated in vineyards located on mineral-rich soils, this wine takes full advantage of the cool climate and the typical temperature variations of Alto Adige, which promote the slow and harmonious ripening of the grapes. The Pinot Nero grape variety gives the wine a refined aromatic profile, characterized by notes of small red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by floral hints and light spicy touches.

In the glass, a soft structure and elegant acidity emerge, with a persistent and delicately tannic finish. Aging in oak barrels contributes additional complexity without overpowering the wine’s natural freshness. Perfect to pair with white meat dishes, mushrooms, or delicate cheeses, it is a Pinot Nero that dignifiedly expresses the unique character of Alto Adige.
