The Moscadello di Montalcino DOC Capanna is an elegant wine expression born in the heart of Tuscany, precisely in the renowned Montalcino area. This white wine stands out for its main grape variety, white Moscato, carefully cultivated in a territory characterized by a unique microclimate that favors optimal ripening.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color, accompanied by fresh and intense aromas, where floral hints of sage and orange blossoms stand out, combined with fruity notes of white peach and citrus, typical of Moscato. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, with good acidity that supports the gustatory complexity without weighing it down, showing a slightly aromatic and persistent finish.

The winemaking method adopted by Cantina Capanna enhances the purity and freshness of the grape, preserving its natural fragrance intact. It ideally pairs with fish dishes, shellfish, but also fresh cheeses and light appetizers, finely enhancing the Tuscan food and wine tradition. A white wine that perfectly embodies the balance between terroir and grape variety, offering a tasty sensory experience.
