The Moscadello Vendemmia Tardiva DOC Capanna represents a precious example of the winemaking elegance of Tuscany, specifically in the Val d’Elsa area, where the microclimate and clay-sandy soil favor a slow and complete ripening of the white Moscato grapes. This wine is born from a careful selection of grapes harvested late, a characteristic that gives a unique concentration of sugars and aromas.

In the glass it presents an intense golden color, a prelude to a rich and complex aromatic bouquet where notes of exotic fruit, orange blossoms, honey, and a delicate hint of sweet spices stand out. The palate is enveloping, balanced in acidity which offsets the natural sweetness, offering an elegant and pleasant persistence. It is a wine for contemplation but pairs splendidly with blue cheeses, almond-based sweets, or dry pastries.

Thanks to its calibrated aging, which enhances freshness without losing structure, the Moscadello Vendemmia Tardiva DOC Capanna represents a refined expression of the Tuscan territory and the winemaking mastery of the cellar.
