Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses
An intense ruby red with subtle violet highlights, this Negroamaro offers on the nose a concentrated range of ripe red and black fruits, between sour cherry and plum, accompanied by hints of Mediterranean herbs and sweet spices that define its character. The texture is compact yet flowing: clean aromas and a balsamic note emerge that give structure without weighing it down, while the sip’s texture remains elegant, true to an honest expression of the grape.

On the palate it shows medium‑full body, silky tannins and balanced acidity that provides freshness and drive; the finish is persistent and returns to the fruity notes with a slight mineral streak. It is a wine suited to the everyday table and more rustic preparations: grilled dishes, tomato sauces, cured meats and medium‑aged cheeses are natural pairings, but it also stands up well to spicier dishes. Serve at around 16-18 °C and, if possible, let it breathe a few minutes to fully appreciate its purity and depth.
