In the glass it shows a deep ruby that announces a meeting between Mediterranean identity and international structure: Nero d'Avola and Cabernet converse frankly, giving the bouquet sensations of ripe red fruit, blackberry and a slight touch of plum, accompanied by herbaceous and spicy notes that add depth without weighing it down. There is a subtle balsamic component that balances the fruit's richness, making the aromatic profile pleasant and inviting, suitable for those seeking a direct but not trivial wine.

On the palate the wine is full but controlled, with tannins that are present and assertive yet well integrated into the body; fresh acidity keeps the drink lively and the sapidity lengthens the finish, giving an overall impression of balance. It benefits from slight aeration before serving at a moderate temperature (around 16-18 °C) and pairs naturally with grilled meats, meat ragù and aged cheeses, but also stands up well to savory traditional dishes, offering a versatile companion for informal dinners and more structured occasions.
