Pairing Red meats, cured meats, aged cheeses
Cheerful and direct, this Sangiovese from Romagna shows the grape’s typical character: ripe cherry fruit and small red berries, accompanied by violet floral notes and a hint of sweet spice. The palate is lean yet decisive: lively acidity that gives drive, fine tannins that caress the palate, and a balancing sapidity that supports the drink. The structure remains light but well defined, with a frank finish and an inviting fruity return that tempts a second glass.

Very versatile in the kitchen: it naturally accompanies pasta with ragù, pizza, grilled white and red meats, as well as cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Also suitable for dishes from the Romagna tradition and informal gatherings, it is a ready-to-drink wine that stays interesting even with more structured dishes. Serve slightly chilled and let it breathe for a few minutes to best appreciate the aromas and the clarity of the sip and to enjoy its versatility.
