Nero d'Avola Rosato BpuntoIO offers a fresh, lively profile, with a bright pink color that invites the first sip. On the nose there are strawberries and fresh cherries, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a subtle mineral thread; the palate is lean yet full, with a bright acidity that supports the fruit and a pleasant softness that doesn't weigh it down. The wine shows balance and clarity, with a dry, persistent finish that leaves fruity echoes. Its saline finish and gentle structure make it immediate but interesting even for those looking for an everyday drink.

Well suited as a convivial wine in warm seasons: excellent with seafood appetizers, salads with savory ingredients, light first courses and grilled fish preparations. It also stands up to more informal pairings, such as not-too-aged cured meats or pizza with fresh toppings. Perfect for aperitifs, summer picnics and informal evenings, it should be consumed young to best express its fresh character; serve very cold, around 10-12 °C.
